On the beach in Santa Barbara, just off the pier, is Arlington West – a symbolic graveyard in the sand bringing attention to the true costs of war. It’s sponsored by Veterans for Peace Santa Barbara. They truly support the troops by telling the truth about the true causes and costs of war.
